Sorry you had trouble. I have found that you can push the pause button on the bottom left hand of the screen and then wait for it to download in full before hitting play (download bar should fill up)

re video: I have a satellite broadband connection and the video is rather jumpy, not continuous. One can persist and get the gist, but there is no obvious mechanism to pause and let it upload. Nor is there a time elapsed indication, which would be useful. These aspects would make me think twice about watching another video. I watched DP talking to EKC, and it is interesting but frustrating!
